Train Time

The kids had fun when Grandpa Banzhaf came to visit from Tucson. He brought some of Great-Grandpa's old electric trains with him. Great-Grandpa was quite the collector of trains. He had many expensive and nice old German trains that he would get out on special occasions for the grand kids. Grandpa Banzhaf decided to start that tradition with the twins. They LOVED it! They wouldn't let him do anything else, except run the trains. They spent hours chasing them around and playing with the cars and caboose.
My living room was filled with tracks, trains & smoke from the engine for a few days.I am sure Great-Grandpa is smiling at the legacy he left and the fun everyone had.
